Yoga for Vitality: Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 PM
You will experience rejuvenation on a cellular level with this class. We will be working with breath, mantra and asana to guide us to a state of relaxation and pure energy. Kundalini yoga is the yoga of consciousness and works on developing the individual and collective consciousness through the synergy of the practice. Physically, we will work the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, the muscular and skeletal systems as well as the lymphatic, digestive and energetic systems. You will create strength, endurance, beauty and grace to help you through all of life's challenges and expand your horizons.
