Total Body Wellness
In this interactive Total Body Wellness Workshop, you will learn and identify the blocks that hold you back from being healthy and fit. During this workshop, we will cover the importance of finding your own definition of fitness and health and how this plays a big role in our total body wellness.
We will be doing a short circuit workout together and ending it with meditation, so bring a yoga mat and water. (There are yoga mats available to use at Winging It if needed).
You'll walk away with an improved understanding of fitness, nutrition, meditation, and most of all, how to integrate these into your everyday lifestyle.
